Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins

Reviewed By: M.K.

Catching Fire is written by a very talented author named Suzanne Collins. Catching Fire is part of a series known as The Hunger Games. The story’s main character is Katniss Everdeen. The story takes place in an arena and places known as districts. This story is like a combination of dystopia, science fictions, adventure, and more. But be careful, once you start reading you can’t stop!

Why I Picked It Up: I picked this story after my friend recommended I read The Hunger Games. The Hunger Games was such a good book I decided to read the second book, Catching Fire. I didn’t think any book could get better than The Hunger Games, but turns out Catching Fire was even better!

Why I Finished It: I finished the book because every page you read left you wanting to know more. There were a lot of cliff hangers which made you use your imagination to predict what would come yet. The whole book is just filled with secrets and scenes waiting to be read and discovered. This is why I finished it.

I’d Give This Book To: I would definitely recommend to teens because I rate this book a 11/10. But I would recommend you read The Hunger Games first because that is the first book of the series.
