Charlie and the Chocloate Factory by Roald Dahl

Reviewed By: R.E.

Charlie is a poor boy living with his family on the edge of the town that holds Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory! No one has ever seen Mr. Wonka until one fateful day, he begins a contest for the Golden Tickets. Children all around the world are tearing through Wonka chocolate at break-neck speed. Will Charlie be able to find one? And if he does, will he be prepared for the strange and wonderful things inside?

Why I Picked it Up: One of my favorite books.

Why I Finished It: Couldn't put it down.

I’d Give This Book to: All ages.

**Librarian Side Note** A much-loved classic and a personal favorite. Don't forget to read the sequel, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator
