Across the Universe by Beth Revis

Reviewed By: R.E.
Amy has to make the biggest decision of her life. Should she get cryogenically frozen along with her parents and sent into space, or stay on Earth alone? Fast forward 250 years into the future. The ship "Godspeed" is on its way to Centuri Earth to colonize the planet. Amy and her parents have been waiting, frozen, for the landing. Then Amy wakes up, 50 years before the ship is supposed to land. Who woke her up, and more importantly, why?
Why I Picked it Up: I was recommend to read it by a friend.
Why I Finished It: It made me think about the humaneness of space colonization and cryogenic freezing.
I’d Give this Book To: I recommend it to teens 13 and up.
