The Girl Who Threw Butterflies By Mick Cochrane
It's about a girl who goes through life after her dad passed away in a mysterious car accident. It is a good book because it encourages people to be brave about the past. I like how it doesn’t give much away until the end. I like how she wants to do something so that she won’t be known as "Miss Difficulty" but something else that is good. Also, throughout out the book she writes connections about what her and her dad used to do.
Why I Picked it Up: I picked this book because I had to do a "Rebecca Caudill" book report and the cover seemed interesting. I also chose this book because it’s easy to read and fun!
Why I Finished It: I finished the book because I had to finish my book report. I also finished the book because it’s impossible to let go of it until you finish it.
I’d Give this Book To: I would recommend this book to any girl who likes sports! I would also recommend this book to any sporty girl or even to anyone who maybe had gone through tough experiences like family members passing away!
